Products

Our products are not designed for any specific skin type or gender. Rather, a very personal care routine can be created by combining the individual products of the different levels. 

IMPORTANT: The refillers can only be used with 120ml bottles with screw caps. Due to some delivery bottlenecks, we had to use a different model for some bottles, which does not have a screw cap. Please check your bottle before ordering.

The refillers are a quick and easy way to do something good for the environment as well as your skin. By using the practical refillers, you save up to 75% plastic compared to a normal product, depending on the product. The refillers are simply inserted into your existing product. Simply unscrew the locking ring on the top edge of the dispenser. You can remove the internal pump dispenser and exchange it for the refiller.

All our products are developed according to the latest scientific knowledge. The ingredients/active ingredients used are largely skin-identical and can therefore penetrate the skin particularly well and develop their full effect there. All products are free of parabens and paraffin and are manufactured in Germany under the highest quality standards. With the 5-step system, you can adapt your care individually to your skin and its needs. 

We believe our skin needs 5 stages. The 1st step is the cleaning, the 2nd step is the post-cleaning - that is the basis. The 3 step is the moisture, the big glass of water for the skin. Our skin can only work actively if it is optimally moisturized. The 4 step are the active ingredient concentrates, the little helpers or problem solvers for the skin. The 5 step is the final step in building up protection and optimizing skin care. We are convinced that this combination of cleansing, moisturizing, active ingredients and moisturizer achieve the best results for your skin needs.

The first time the skin's surface is freed from dirt, debris and make-up. Only when these coarse deposits have been removed can your skin be cleaned really deep into the pores and your skin optimally prepared for further care. 

Our peelings should be used at least once a week, but they can both be used 1-2 times a week without hesitation, even in the case of severe cornification. Since each skin reacts individually, you should slowly increase the frequency and see what is good for your skin. 

Masks should be incorporated into the existing care routine at least once a week.

Shipping

Shipping is free for orders over €49. (Germany)

You will receive a tracking number for each shipment, which you can use to track your shipment in real time.

Below an order value of 49 € we charge a small shipping fee.

Orders placed by 12 noon on weekdays are usually shipped the same day. In exceptional cases such as larger shop campaigns, there may be a small delay. As a rule, your package will be with you after 1-2 working days. 

Yes. You will receive an email with all shipment data and shipment tracking as soon as your order has been handed over to our shipping service provider. The estimated delivery date of your shipment is also displayed in the email. 

Unfortunately, it can happen that your package is damaged despite careful packaging. In this case, please email our customer support at info@beautyhills.de. Our service team will process your complaint immediately and arrange everything else for you.

As long as your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, we can still adjust the address. In this case, please contact our service team by e-mail or telephone. 

Online-Shop

Your data will not be passed on to third parties without your consent. Of course, this excludes passing on your delivery address to our shipping service provider in order to deliver your package. All data is transmitted in encrypted form. Our shop uses all relevant security measures to ensure the protection of your personal data at all times. 

All data recorded in our shop remain in Germany and are not transmitted to foreign servers. Our data center is certified and meets all applicable security requirements. 

Some of the payment methods offered require you to enter certain data to verify your purchase after completing the purchase. If you make an incorrect entry here, your order will be automatically canceled after 24 hours at the latest and you will be notified by email. If you have any questions, please send us an email to info@beautyhill.de, stating your order number.
