E-Commerce Manager (m/f/d) Cosmetics
WHAT WE DO
Beauty Hills manufactures caring cosmetic products for professional use and sells them worldwide. Our sales channel in Germany runs stationary via cosmetic studios and digitally via our online shop. We currently export to 10 countries and source our raw materials worldwide, with the products being "Made in Germany".

You enjoy dealing with people and you enjoy maintaining contact with existing business relationships and developing new partnerships. You like to work independently, but always with an eye on which other areas of the company you can include in your daily work in order to further promote the growth process of Beauty Hills.
Your tasks with us
- Creation of a comprehensive online strategy and cooperation in the implementation
- Brand building, expanding the reach of the brand through different channels
- Expansion of content marketing, collaboration in content creation: which content is relevant, how is it produced and communicated
- Expansion of the homepage and online business: continuous improvement of the online presence and shop, improvement of usability
- Reach and conversion optimization: Win more users for our online channels and accompany them on the basis of the customer journey
- Newsletter marketing: expansion of recipient lists, selection of content
- Campaign development for various occasions: Which campaigns make sense for different occasions during the year
- Linking online and offline trade: How can stationary B2B trade be meaningfully linked to online business
- HTML and CSS are not bohemian villages for you and you also write code snippets
Your profile
- Studies/training with a focus on e-commerce, e-business, online marketing or comparable training
- First experience in e-commerce in industry or an agency
- E-commerce all-rounder who keeps an eye on the various topics and their interaction and enjoys the implementation in a team of graphic designers and merchants.
- Structured thinking, analytical and conceptual strength - an independent and proactive "hands-on" mentality is a matter of course for you
- creativity and communication skills
- Good MS Office knowledge
- You are familiar with shop systems and trust yourself to apply your knowledge in WooCommerce
