Social Media Story Manager (f/m/d)
WHAT WE DO
Beauty Hills manufactures caring cosmetic products for professional use and sells them worldwide. Our sales channel in Germany runs stationary via cosmetic studios and digitally via our online shop. We currently export to 10 countries and source our raw materials worldwide, with the products being "Made in Germany".

You see yourself as a team player with strong communication skills. You enjoy dealing with people and you enjoy maintaining contact with existing business relationships and developing new partnerships. You like to work independently, but always with an eye on which other areas of the company you can include in your daily work in order to further promote the growth process of Beauty Hills.
Your tasks with us
- We want you to be the face and voice of our social media stories
- Working in front of the camera inspires you and you enjoy speaking in front of a large community and showing your face
- Creation, planning and implementation of creative social media stories (mainly video)
- Community building through interaction with the followers
- Close cooperation with the social media team: development of joint ideas and targeted implementation on various channels
- Your interest in the beauty industry makes it easy for you to put yourself in our target group and produce content that is addictive
Your profile
- We look forward to every application that is up for this position. It doesn't matter to us whether you have a media, communication, marketing, graphic designer or actor background. You should be really up for the camera and picture and have professional experience in setting up social media channels in a professional environment.
- You bring relevant experience in the consumption, production and distribution of social media content.
- You are not afraid of the camera and you have the spontaneity to produce and post still and moving images on current topics in a timely manner for the social media channels.
- It is easy for you to get other employees to work in front of the camera and thus generate insights about Beauty Hills and our beauty products.
- You know how to create a good content mix for our channels in order to inform and entertain the community about the brand, products and people.
- Safe handling of the technology of the different platforms
- An independent and proactive "hands-on" mentality is a matter of course for you
- Basic knowledge of video editing programs is an advantage
