Prices and shipping costs
1. All prices are end prices, they include the legal value added tax.
2. For shipping within Germany we charge a flat rate of EUR 4,50 (DHL) if the order value is less than EUR 49,00. If the order value is over EUR 49,00, the delivery is free of charge for you. We offer shipments to Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, Luxembourg, Denmark, Poland, Bulgaria, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, the Czech Republic and Hungary via DHL . The following applies to these countries: shipping costs EUR9,90 for goods with a value of less than EUR99. From a goods value of EUR99, delivery is free of charge.
3. Deliveries to countries outside the EU may incur additional costs in the form of customs duties or import taxes, which you must bear yourself.

Terms of payment
1. Payment can be made either by PayPal Plus (Paypal, credit card, direct debit and invoice) or by amazon payment. We reserve the right to exclude individual payment methods. For the other countries to which we deliver, we offer the payment methods PayPal Plus and Amazon Payment. Please note that PayPal Plus does not offer all of the above payment methods for countries that are not Germany. You can see the PayPal Plus payment methods offered during the check-out process.
2. You can only exercise a right of retention if the claims result from the same contractual relationship.

Note on the individual payment methods
1. PayPal Plus: Within this payment method, 4 different payment methods are offered: Paypal, credit card, direct debit and by invoice. For the PayPal payment method you need a PayPal account. You can also use the payment methods credit card, direct debit and invoice without a Paypal account. Special feature when paying via PayPal: Normally, you will be forwarded to the PayPal website immediately after the ordering process in order to carry out your payment. Detailed information is available here: PayPal. The product will be shipped once the money has been received.
2. Amazon Payment: If you have an Amazon account, this online payment service is available to you. The goods will be shipped after the booking has been confirmed by Amazon.
